How do I access the Enterprise plan?+

Enterprise is handled offline in V1. Contact sales and we’ll scope custom shipment volume, refresh needs, integrations, and support requirements with your team.

What counts as a shipment?+

Each unique B/L number you import counts as one shipment. Re-importing an existing B/L doesn’t count twice.

How does the refresh interval work?+

CargoTracker periodically syncs with carrier APIs to update positions, milestones, and ETAs. The refresh interval determines how frequently this happens.

Can I change plans later?+

Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your organization settings. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle.

What happens when I hit my shipment quota?+

You’ll receive a warning as you approach your limit. Once reached, you won’t be able to import new shipments until the next billing period or until you upgrade.

Is my data secure?+

Yes. Each organization’s data is completely isolated with enterprise-grade security. Your shipment data, team members, and settings are fully private to your workspace.

Do you support all ocean carriers?+

We support all major ocean carriers through our data aggregation pipeline. If you need a specific carrier, contact us and we’ll prioritize it.
